A Stepped-Care Approach
Intervention intensity is matched to assessed need — so resources go where they're needed most.
Part A — Initial Screening
Employees complete a structured questionnaire assessing stress levels, emotional regulation patterns, and pain-related psychosocial factors.
Part B — Psychometric Assessment
Employees who meet predefined criteria undergo detailed psychometric assessment and a clinical interview with a trained psychotherapist.
Part C — Intervention or Referral
Participants are referred for psychotherapy-based change work, or advised to seek medical support where appropriate.
Real Results From a Corporate Workplace
Screening and assessment (Parts A & B) were completed within approximately 20 days. No adverse events were reported. This case report reflects preventive and supportive practice within a real workplace setting — not a clinical trial.
